Talitha Kumi school was chosen after a
thorogh study, due to its location to be a place of the
Environmental Educational
Center in Palestine, which is a place
for enhancing environmental awareness;
a part of the EAI " Education For
Awarness And Involvement " which is a program initiated by The Evangelical
Lutheran Church in Jordan and Palestine ( ELCJ ) . All the environmetal
activities at the EAI program are now being participated under the name
"Children for the Protection of Nature in Palestine" ( CPNP ).
This center is a place where students, teachers and the public can meet to learn
about their environment and to live with nature as books come alive.
